if theyre trying to change the culture and everyone else believes the slate is cleaned (eli apple) and he's the only one not on board, you gotta cut your losses sooner rather than later. id rather do it before the draft (and season for that matter), then wait. he didnt have an awful season, last year and may turn into a good player, but if it aint gonna be for us, you need to cut iiiiiiit.
