Reports are we're hiring DC Matt Patricia from New England. Interesting don't have a problem with it as long as he hires a good offensive coordinator. I would be excited to see us go back to a hybrid 3-4 defense with more importance placed back on linebackers and different ways of using pass rushers.

It’s a 12 or 17 million cap hit (depending on when) to move on and then probably 5-10 million for a stop gap QB so they don’t have to run a not ready Darnold/whoever out there right away.
