This team sucks and there has been and will be plenty of time to share snaps in ugly games if they had wanted (like against the Rams or 49ers, for example, if they were actually competent), but that's not what McAdoo or Reese were after -- again, allegedly. They wanted to basically scapegoat Eli and prove that the offense sucking was all about him (guess what? it wasn't; the OL is just garbage and the system is trash and they better fukking do better by the QB they draft this spring).

Explained to you why it is a good move to see if Geno can be a good quality backup that is position we don't need to look for now we can see Webb when he is ready and not Buffalo Bill it. But hey lets bring Eli back next yr and the year after and then cry clean sweep All three should go and let the new gm and coach bring in who they want and not be saddled with anybody in the prime positions

I feel awful for Geno, honestly. Eli got fukked, but he's got the power to make those who wrong him pay, while Geno just ended up a now discarded pawn. He looked good enough on Sunday, he should be set for at least a long career of good money as a backup though barring .
