Cowherd from ESPN is not the FS1 Cowherd of last 4 years. He said he changed and opened his mind. He said he's more understanding of environments athletes were raised and other issues etc. He said he was inflexible/dogmatic and thought he was right about stuff.

Cowherd personality is different. Cool with lot of black athletes these days too.

I like Cowherd cuz even if you say there is bias it's not phony like Skip with Lebron Mahomes etc.

Sure there are things i disagree with Cowherd on but overall he is good. Most of these guys are a personality on tv and Cowherd isn't
