Your absolutely wrong the show is 100 percent better without max and his all over the world takes... stephen a was right he had no chemistry with max and compare to mad dog and irvin. Reddikk and the rest of them and it aint close

MAX sucks and i understand he panders to us in the black community but that doesn't take from the fact he sucks..
Imagine going thru life as a Stephen A stan

Man, he really did. He got that man bushed just so he could assert more of a stranglehold over the show. Because there's no way y'all that watch the show can convince me that it was actually to the benefit of the show quality.

Ratings with Max

The show has become unwatchable with Perk, Redikk, and the other dudes.. (although Mad Dog on Wednesday's is a good add)

RJ and Perkins are trying way too hard right now to create drama on the free agency countdown show.

Edit: Sage Steele didn't get fired?

I'd imagine it would be difficult to cut her loose her currently, even with layoffs and budgets cuts due to the appearance of retaliation. It's likely easier in their minds to move around her for the time being.

McAfee probably replacing him

I liked Pollack though

Replacing?

He replaced him the first week he was on GameDay last season.

writing was on the wall when they moved him off set to the Peleton jawn when McAfee came onboard

Yeah, I think he said early this year that he wasn't sure what his role was going to be going forward, so he knew. I mean, if they spend an entire season hiding Lee Corso (on the weeks he was there), and instead of giving you a larger role, they throw you in the "Look at how awesome this crowd is" filler piece rotation and hire someone new, it's a wrap.

I'd imagine it would be difficult to cut her loose her currently, even with layoffs and budgets cuts due to the appearance of retaliation. It's likely easier in their minds to move around her for the time being.

Yep. They're stuck with her for the time being. They're essentially just waiting for her to either demand her release from her contract as part of mediation, or her contact to run out, and sticking her on the noon SportsCenter is the closest they can get to burying her in the meantime.

According to Marchand, ESPN is cutting several personalities that make at least seven-figures a year in an effort to save some of the "behind-the-scenes" people. But if that's the strategy, the company's recent decision to sign radio personality Pat McAfee to a five-year, $85 million contract sticks out like a sore thumb.
McAfee brings money in the front door unlike most of them :manny:
