when i see all these names that i don't recognize i can see why they're struggling and have to lay people off. back in the day i knew almost every ESPN personality. i woke up to ESPN and it was the last thing i watched before walking out the door for school.

Probably the worst part about working for someone else. At any given moment they can let you go and destroy your stability for no good reason.

This is why, in all forms of life, you have to look out for yourself. Don't think because you put in a two week notice, they will respect it and let you work it out, they may fire you that day. Read the situation as best you can and play the game accordingly. If quitting on what would theoretically be the last day of your two weeks is what is best for you, don't be afraid to fly, do that shyt brehs.
