I believe the issue is that the highlight of their career was when they were teenagers.

Most people in life have to work upwards to reach their career goals, but when you’re in a profession like entertainment, your best job can come at like 16. Crazy right? People are always looking to go on to bigger and better things and the reality is, that simply may not occur in acting.
