brehs what are some precautions i should take before doing this type of shyt?

Obviously drink a lot of water, but anything else i should look out for? is it safe to go every day?
Try 5 mins then work your way up.


I'm doing 30 mins after every workout.


Drink plenty water through out the day.

Great vid.... some big terms being thrown around but it's not a hard vid to comprehend at all.

I really need to start my sauna routine back up... I stopped because I was tired of my gym clothes getting drenched every workout and having to do laundry all the time (aka laziness), but between this finding and her first vid regarding HGH...

Sauna use is literally drinking from the fountain of youth :blessed:

Yo I don't stretch which is fukking awful but I just hit the suana everyday after my workout I be good :mjpls:

I really need to start stretching probably start my Pilates over sometime soon .
