Saudi money is changing the landscape for many sports. First soccer, then golf, now tennis.

All these soccer players going there are washed though.

We seen this 10 years ago with players going to China.

You still ain't gonna see a soccer player at his peak go to Saudi.
At the end of the day. The brand of these leagues and the “prestige” still matters to the current generation of players. We may not start seeing the real of effects for another decade. But for now, prime players in any sport are gonna wanna play for the prestige of the leagues in whichever sport they occupy. The top end players aren’t hurting for money enough, to where the money will up end their desire glory in their respective leagues. Now if the brand of those leagues start to wane in 8-10yrs and a new generation is offered half a Billy to play in Saudi? It can get spooky. But only time will tell. :wow:

In terms of F, I think they have a stake with a team.

I'm still waiting for one of them to try an own an NFL team
dont think they are interested in any league that has a salary cap

I could see them being a little wary of football and even baseball bc of the "cultural" (these are considered "all American") backlash. Golf is a rich man's game so it's not going to elicit the same type of public outrage.
