i'm saying! how does living between two pieces of glass in 100+ degree weather not result in feeling like you're permanently sitting in hot parked car?
They could use double skin facades that would allow a better mitigation of the heat as the ventilation system will probably be top notch. Plus, all the facades will be insulated glass which has way better performance than the glass of a car.
Also, those are really just a concept renders so if they actually go through with it, they would likely use some kind of louver system but it's probably faster to just make a glass facade for this sort of concepts.
But ultimately, the only way this will be livable will be by having AC all day long which would contradict the whole sustainable purpose.
