Im gonna go ahead n say it.........

If Im not the leanest Ive ever been, Im damn close. DAMN close.

Still got a good ways to go, but nothing insurmountable. If I can drop another 15 by mid September I will be happy. I may have to start incorporating cardio, but I really have to discipline myself to keep it LISS. When Im on my bike I have no chill mode.

Anyways def loving the strides I've made over the last 2 weeks. Weight isnt down much at all, but I have learned so so much about water weight that's helping me look a ton leaner and helping psychologically. Will be huge during my bulk.

Speaking of my bulk, def gonna lean more on protein and fats. Prob move to 2lbs of meat a day.... half lean, half fatty. Will have a lot of freedom. Will be interesting

When are you looking to start?

Fall, prob October. Hopefully I can legit clean bulk through March, cut for the summer, clean bulk through the summer/fall and then cut the following winter. Once my bodyfat setpoint is good I will prob do 8/4 months bulk/cut every year.

Belt and trap bar came today

Belt is no joke. Debating whether to get a different size. It's a little small and the sizes they listed def dont line up with what it actually is. My waist is about 32" now and they claim its good up to a 34. shyt barely fits on the last buckle :beli: It's solid though. 10mm thick :damn: Gonna see how squats go with it Sunday.

Trap bar is excellent. So much less spinal bending. Didn't really try it with load but tomorrow is upper body party day so I will get to try it then. Def a keeper. Might even be able to do standing shoulder press.

Glad I didnt order shyt for dumbbells. I kind of miss them, but I'm getting used to CGBP with the barbell, and I really like military press with the trap bar. Nice little setup.

Last real hurdle IMO is getting this damn mirror hung up. I need that wall space. Then shyt will really be 100%.

Lower back is bothering me

Gonna switch to front squats and ham curls for a while. Toss deads in the bushes completely

One thing I'm having trouble with is on bench there is a huge gap in the bench where my butt goes, so I get a little lower back pain from that. I dont really have room for a flat bench, unless it folds flat. Found some but they are a little pricey. The one I am digging is $180 and rated to 500lbs. Should be more than enough

Weighed in at 195.6 dry yesterday and mid 196s this morning. Adjustments worked... back to a ~1lb/week loss it looks like, even with my weekend backsliding. Might keep Saturdays as a free refeed day as that does really seem to help my mood and metabolism. All I see on the horizon this week for diet deviations is a dinner out w/wifey next weekend, so hopefully I should be good this week. Everything is pretty much holding as well... lifting is basically going through the motions at this point. Im dialed in.

Wifey a little aggy about the equipment but Im sending a lot of shyt back. Didnt like the hip belt for squats (it doesn't open :why: ), and I accidentally double ordered some shyt. So thats all going back. Just want my folding bench and a squat belt for wifey. Then Im done for real.

Chest arms back went really well today... I give it an 8/10

I dont know if it was the bar or wat but bench felt super light today, so I said fukk it. I was hittin 215 for a while, but today I threw on what was labeled as 225 (I never know at this fukking gym). Wasn't bad. Hit it for 5, 6 and 5 though I could have squeezed out another rep from the last one. I'll see how I feel next week. Really good considering I didn't have my BCAA drink. Everything else went OK. Some PAWGs were giving me the :takedat: while I hit weighted chins :scumbag: The cuts are coming :udgoraw:

Gonna be out on my buddy's boat this weekend. I think Im gonna give this water manipulation shyt another try. Full protocol is 4-5 days of low carbs- like <50g- some heavy water cycling, and glycogen depleting workouts. Obviously I only have 3 days so I'm gonna do the whole thing "lite". Gonna be taking pics :lupe: and I wanna be in as good of condition as I can be. Basically gonna go low(er) carb and super high water today and tomorrow, then carb up Friday. Workout wise, I'm gonna do legs tonight, my CAS shyt tomorrow, and then Friday and Saturday just pump shyt. Should be a fun little experiment.

O yea, weighed in at 195.4 or something like that this morning. shyt's gonna get weird with this water shyt but I'm guessing my dry weight will drop down to the 194s on Sunday.

O god. So much water. Protocol called for 2-3 gallons a day.... Im having trouble getting one down. Woke up twice last night to piss. Gonna try for two today. Then tomorrow, absolutely minimal water n diuretics. High key it is working a little bit. Body is def like :what: "nikka we gotta get rid of all this water what are u doing" which is the goal. Carb up tomorrow is going to be EPIC :blessed: Saturday workout will be interesting :patrice: Will have to keep the reps high for that pump. Looking forward to it.

Gonna do my regular chest/arms/shoulders thing today. I'm feeling decent.
