O yea weighed in back in the mid 215s this morning, I think my weight is under control.
Hit upper back last night and 4x6 bench today. 225 is going up no problem. Got greedy and tried 230... got 6 and then only managed 5. Gonna stay around 225 for like 2 more weeks on this too. Only did bench and shoulder press... right elbow is still bothering me a little bit so I didn't bother with tricep extensions.
Weighed in at 187 this morning. Wasn't looking too bad though. If I drink a lot of water I retain less which leans me out a little bit and I'm guessing helps muscles retain a little volume too.
Gotta hit front squats/heavy deads tonight and them I'm off tomorrow.
