Good leg day. Hit 3x8x255 on squats and managed to do some calf work. I think my foot is healing slowly, just have to take it easy and wear the right shoes.
Incorporating some speed work in as well. Threw 4 plates on the leg press and just banged out 20 reps as quickly as possible. Nowhere near as easy as it sounds. I might do something similar for flat bench and rows... just do a "burnout" set after my working sets. Might give me the stimulus I want for more gains.
