185.2.... I think this one is legit, I'm seeing veins I never saw before Plus this is a good setup since today and tomorrow are cardio days. If I can stay on target I'd like to touch the high 183s Saturday morning. Might dig a little deep and go longer with the cardio.
That toll is adding up though.... went to a Gold's nearby since I didn't wanna bench home alone.... I got 15 out of 16 for 235, but squatting 315 felt heavy AF. I'm not gonna make the mistake I made on my last cut and take shyt out that's hard though, gonna stick with the program as long as I can. Got shoulder upper today, then I probably won't be able to touch a weight until Tuesday once I'm settled in Barcelona
