Do people really enjoy Keith Cheif/Lil B/Gucci/Webbie/Flocka Sasha's music?

I really despise questions like these. Always gives me the sense that the person asking the question isn't open-minded and mentally expansive.

Let's try to remember the population of the world, and the vast amounts of regional sections we haven't even discovered yet. There's some people/things/activities in this world that would definitely warrant a "do people really like this" type of question over something like this. Ghetto Gaggers, beheading videos, animal molestation are revered by loads of people in this world, but it's perplexing for people to enjoy a simple, aggressive, form of rap music?

I'd recommend not wasting your energy pondering issues as trivial as this one. It just wasn't meant for everyone to enjoy the same music. It's almost unexplainable sometimes as to why those artists are liked. I like everyone you mentioned, it just sounds good to me. I respond well to it, I also like conscious rap but I find it unnecessary for people to have to defend themselves and come up with reasons for it.

There is definately something to the idea that the more cutting edge white media outlets tend to gravitate towards the more 'hood' acts. Sasha is like the girl next door, if u lived next door to a crack house.:pachaha:

I know right? They're proving it again and again. "Pitchfork only like rappers who crazy or hood, man"

damn chi got some of the grimiest looking women. in all these rap videos they put on youtube you see the same dusty hard life looking broads. you'll think at a video shoot the cuties would come out to get some attention but i guess that's the best they have.

:rudy: duh nikka , you dont see him cosigning mikkey :pacspit: at ye

Dude brought Common and Twista back. Did stuff with Do or Die.

Now he gets on tracks with Chicago artists like

and Chief Keef.

Ridiculous amount of talent here, all different types of sounds and he picks this shyt.
