They'll let the talent do a show or guest spot or movie here or there so long as they approve it or handle it....but as soon as they get more demand they gonna come in and try and squash it and extend their contracts. Anyway WWE superstar wanting a full on full on acting career is gonna have to basically leave to get it

Yup, Cena got the right idea and left so he could do what he wanted. Same with Batista who only worked with WWE a total of 7 months since leaving full time in 2010.
Hopefully it's a supporting role and not a "Cameo", cuz Vince wouldn't allow that.
