If he is convicted and sentenced, which is a big IF, and his assets are seized and placed in a victim's fund, the amount of all the lawsuits, and the volume of claims is so high (and I am discounting the Buzbee ones) there's no way for people to get this kind of settlement.
I would totally speculate and say Puff's liquidity, cash and real estate, is around 100M at the most. And I think it's lower.
