Imagine getting benched on national TV as a college kid then folks doubting you can even be a QB in the league to now winning a Super Bowl and MVP and on all the TV channels.

For me it always goes back to biggest game of his life, QB of the generation on the opposing sideline, playing with a bum shoulder, and he rose to the occasion - Like I told the brehs in here, back against the wall and money on the line I trust Jalen. Some players just have that innate ability to not let pressure get the best of them.


My only concern is Elliot from 50+, because that's gonna likely be a factor at some point. Other than that this is a Super Bowl team top to bottom.

He never complained or caused drama, just kept getting better and now he's the Super Bowl MVP. He was able to keep AJ happy in the end. Grew his friendship with Devonta. Look at how much Brandon respects and loves him. Saquon knows Jalen instrumental for his record breaking season because Defense have to take him seriously. Also Jalen is very humble and never really causes issues. That's why I didn't understand the Media always going at him. I know some of it was clicks or to get a rise out of Eagles fans. He only clapped back at the haters during the Steelers win with the big ol chain, lol. I never got caught up in his stats this year. I knew he was playing different after the Bye week after 2-2 start. He knew Saquon was killing them week in and week out.

You have to really check your Ego to let someone new come in and be the big Star. Jalen did that with Saquon. They had a strict formula and only deviated from it during the Steelers game. The NFC Championship and Super Bowl was everything about this formula coming together perfectly. 95 points in those two games back to back blowouts is crazy. Jalen deserved the MVP and Saquon still had over 100 yards in the game. He was laser focused on winning, it didn't matter if he threw 100 yards (Panthers) or for big yards. They just needed to win. The Eagles were 14-0 after the Bye Week when Jalen started and finished the game. When we Drafted Jalen, I knew he could be special. It's wild that we litterally hit the jackpot. Again nothing against Carson and everything he did but Jalen getting nod was the right move. Look at what he's accomplished in 4 years starting. Low key, they can still run this formula back next year with some adjustments.

As long as we keep the philosophy of running it even when we are only averaging 3 YPC it doesn't matter

2-4 yard run on first down is never really a bad thing.

It may be tougher on paper and we will get a 1st place schedule but I'm not concerned. It's funny we are playing everyone in the Playoffs again next year, Chiefs, Packers, Rams, Washington twice, lol. Then also the Bills, Lions, Minny and Tampa. There's a few traps on there but again not scared. We playing the AFC West and NFC North. Obviously we need to see what Howie does in Free Agency and the Draft but our core players are locked up. The only thing we will be trying to break is the NFC BEAST Division Curse. The good news, the Eagles were the last to win the Division consecutively (01-04). So hopefully we can break the curse and win the Division back to back next year.

I told my wife about him. AJ is special in a mental sense whatever he feels he needs validation let him have it. Dude almost committed suicide his way of thinking is totally different from others
