People believe in what the tv and media tells them 100% of the time. From the the late 1800's of the introduction of newspaper media to now. History can prove that lies sway people's thought patterns and behaviors. Gulf of Tomkin was faked and brought us into a war, the Gulf War reasons were fake, and the WMD story was fake. Yet if the fake stories were brought to our backyards would we accept it as real?
the media can use anything big or small as a distraction. in the grand scheme of things what they show doesn't really matter.
the big thing in the news should be news like these
Look at the example of the Trayvon Martin case....where the audio tape was released and family had to hear it even though they wanted to know the truth. The media twisted the facts around and made the victim the aggressor and that is how the zimmerman beat the trial.
