pure picture, OLED beat everything Samsung has to offer, just superior technology.

Now LCD wise, it depends, if you want wide viewing angles LG has you, if you want better colors and contrast Samsung has you with its QLED

When I was buying TVs back in 2009-2011, Sony & Samsung were considered the best brands. I'm not sure in 2019.

Back in them 2009-2011 days I remember it like it was yesteday.

Sony Bravia's were the shyt and if you wanted top tier, that was the TV to get, no question. Its black levels were unparalled.

But then the 4K wave came and they got lost in translation....nobody don't care much about blacks if your 4K game ain't on point and your TV ain't ultra thin.
