These guys think this shyt is all good till they're lying in a hospital room collecting disability from their job cause they're leg is fukked up from having it in a pocket when it caught fire. Or one of their fam dies at night cause the house burned down when the phone caught fire while they were sleep. It isn't worth the risk. I wonder if they'd even be able to sue after blatantly ignoring the recall knowing the risks.

You're a brave soul. If this shyt catches fire in your pocket you'll have to get a skin graft and have fukked up nerves and shyt. It's not like you'll ever be in the clear because people had these replacements for weeks and they randomly caught fire. The one on the plane wasn't even on when it caught fire. I'm taking this back when I go pick up Gears 4 and I'll get the flat S7. I'm kinda pissed cause I don't like the colors and the S7 doesn't have the Grace UX but whatever.

I guess I'm not easily spooked... I understand what Samsung has to do to protect itself from ligation, but if it were purely a decision of protecting myself from bodily harm from a 1 outta couple million faulty cellphone I'd be scared shytless to carry any device with a lithium battery . .. I'll keep myself abreast to the situation, but as of what i know now I'm keeping my shyt till another phone I want more comes out to swap it out for

Yeah same. Can't expect me to just power it down and not be without a phone. I'm currently looking for an S7 to get in the meantime.

I got my stuff backed up to the Samsung cloud. Service back on the iPhone 7 and about to power down. It's gonna suck going back to the S7. Hopefully I can get a third 256GB SD card though if that's still going on.

Smartest thing I did was hold on to my Note 5. Samsung keeps ending me gifts for each time I swap it out so I ain't to mad. Plus in all the confusion somehow I've upgraded the same line 3 times. I'm hoping I will end up a 4th upgrade doing it again. I will just sell the extra phones.
