The biggest issue I actually have with keeping the Note7 isn't even safety...I'm more concerned this phone will see no future updates...

I would keep the phone if these a$$holes would release an update that unlocks the bootloader so at least we'd have rom support...

Unless they come out and specifically put a deadline on returns, I'm standing pat for thr foreseeable future and using this shyt as a "redeem for a free phone of my choosing" card... I'd prefer the note 7 as my daily driver, but if push came to shove I'd switch to the iPhone 7plus I got free out the deal as my primary and turn in the note for a free s8 when they launch in March

Cop the Note 5 if you can. That's my current and loving it right now. Only downfall, is no expandable memory but I got a external OTG so it ain't to bad

You're a brave soul. If this shyt catches fire in your pocket you'll have to get a skin graft and have fukked up nerves and shyt. It's not like you'll ever be in the clear because people had these replacements for weeks and they randomly caught fire. The one on the plane wasn't even on when it caught fire. I'm taking this back when I go pick up Gears 4 and I'll get the flat S7. I'm kinda pissed cause I don't like the colors and the S7 doesn't have the Grace UX but whatever.
