Samsung Officially Cancels the Galaxy Note 7

I just heard the news. Damn.

As much as I stick to the nexus phones, the Note7 is always apart of the Android squad. Yeah we took a hit this year, but I'm sure we'll bounce right back next year.

Been looking at V20 video reviews.... I'm so confused, my n1ggaz.

I'm borderline depressed, dude! There's no other phone I want on the market other than the Note 5. My provider (Sprint.... CDMA) doesn't sell it anymore and I still don't know if I can get out of my contract yet because I'm not giving this phone back until a phone I like comes out or they agree to let me out of the contract. I'm highly pissed at Samsung to the point I may not buy another one of their phones and I don't want that damn S7 Edge either! They're lucky that the Sony phones got shytty reviews, because I was close to buying one. I'll be keeping my eye on Sony. All they need to do to convert me is to improve their displays and
provide features price comparable to the other phones they are competing against. Their phones are beautiful (a requirement for me) but they're charging $700-800 for a $300-400 phone... no fingerprint scanner, low quality display, smaller battery.

All these other phones are either ugly to me or an Apple!

Regardless of when it happens, I'm switching to a GSM network and never going back to CDMA.

least I get another SD card out of all this, was able to redeem that last offer.

I don't think they actually check receipt dates.

@GhostKiD try it, I redeemed yesterday, put in a random date and my new receipt from the day..said it was approved today.

I thought about trying this also, but decided to hold off JUST in case they run a new promotion later for people who had to replace the Notes. Like maybe some sort of offer or discount on S8 or something. Probably wishful thinking but I'm trying to be optimistic.

Was just in a Sprint store and saw the Note 7 wasn't on display. Two females were at the register talking to a man about trading in their Notes. He was traveling on a plane the next week and thought and them females loved that Note 7. The Sprint representative said I got a IPhone so I ain't gotta worry about it

I'm gonna hand them the Goat 7 and I expect to leave with a Iphone 7plus. Bought a Samsung portable quick charger they best to take back too. and $25 for a non Samsung exchange.

Submission approved I didn't even take a pic of the new receipt. Used the same pic I had of my old Note 7 receipt. :donhomer:

Good luck finding one. I know when I went into the store I was there for hours. Just for them to tell me the iPhone 7plus 256gb variant was on back order, and they didn't carry them in store. They will take back all accessories. The iPhone is supposed to ship out this week.

seems like they only check IMEI and the Mac address and don't give a fukk about the dates
