They can, but Blaine hasn't played much better at all and is starting. There's no reason to cut Kap right now. If Blaine starts playing well and Kap continues to play like crap, then sure, but i'll be monitoring.

I don't think Kaep gives a f*ck about football and hasn't for a minute. I think he knows his days are numbered in the league and is using his remaining time as a platform to speak out.
