I'm kind of impressed by the NFL's reaction so far. They released that "not required to stand for the anthem" tweet, and Kaep's explanation of his protest is the top story on their front page
You would assume they would attack him or try to bury this, but nothing of that sort so far
Never trust the NFL or any of these leagues. Those owners are working behind the scene how to resolve this.
All the while eating good off of it with clicks and viewership by talking about it on THEIR network and website.
