Black people aren't a group breh. We had a bunch of different cultures and languages, which were taken away from us.
The thing we have in common is having that culture taken away from us, which a lot of us understandably would rather forget than acknowledge.

Eh, we are a group though, we just don't treat each other as such. Of course we all come from different cultures and languages, but our melanin is a connector. Japanese and Koreans don't like each other, but I guarantee those Asians will come together against a common Black "opponent". White folk of Irish and German descent will come together just the same. Who the hell would that be? These racial conflict narratives are largely false. People are trying to make the best life for themselves. The people who need to band with an entire tribal group to find success are at the fringes of society anyway.
People mostly clash with people they are in position to clash with. Usually that's someone from your own community, or someone trying to get into the same school, apply for the same job, over a women, etc. Only 'losers' are ever talking about banding together on anything. That's because they want the same thing, and can get it at the same time.
The last times black people "came together" were the Obama elections and the civil rights movement. What would our agenda be now? The president has allocated a lot of funds for body cameras, which police just don't use.
I think the only solution to the policing issue we are seeing is to get more community representation in police forces. I personally would go as far as making police officers an elected position.

With all that being said, is there racism in the police force? no doubt, are there unjustified killings? no doubt, more than usually justice is served as well.
