while i agree he's been more an actor & entertainer lately, the bold is not true...SAS was down for the cause when he first got to espn....from his segments on first take with the 'old vs new school' to his own show & having ai on first, SAS was very down for us back then.....that's why i give him the benefit of the doubt and dont call him a c00n....cause i think this is all an act just to get a check....i say that cause when he got fired from espn the first time, that's when he switched up his whole style...that's when he started being the brotha that talks down on other blacks and becoming the sas we see today...cause that shyt was getting him a check from cnn/fox/msnbc, and got espn to hire him again....

Any black k person who conforms to the system rather than oppose it is the first sign of a c00n. that's the thing: i dont think it's him finally having the dignity to speak out, he just broke character...i think the persona he puts out there while on tv is an act/character....a character he created once he got fired from espn the first time....before he got fired, he was known as the the brotha that was 'too black' for most whites cause he was always calling them out on their bullshyt....when espn fired him, that's when he started going with this character that got him checks....it got him work on fox, cnn, msnbc, and eventually back on espn....the difference in how he talked on tv before and after the firing is clear....i'm not saying it's right, was just pointing out that he was been down for us before and wasnt always like this....

that's why he goes at sas so hard...sas pretty much took his role as the 'black that talks down on other blacks' at espn....whitlock was that go to person, until sas came back to espn the second time...and since sas did more reporting than whitlock, they gave whitlock the boot....hell, after he got the boot and while going at sas, he even broke character lol.....once fox sports called, he went right back in character, smh...
