To see so many black NFL players not come out and support this brotha is shameful.

All of em acting like boot licking c00ns :smh:
Yeah to an extent BUT you and a lot of other people have to realize that the NFL is not like the NBA. Yeah both leagues are dominated by the black majority but NFL players are always expendable. I'm sure the other 31 owners and GM's have already sent the memo out that sitting during the national anthem won't be tolerated.

On the flip side imagine Dan Gilbert telling lebron or kyrie not to speak their minds. The players run the NBA and the owners run the NFL. Guys are getting cut and there are plenty itching to take positions from other people.

It doesn't make it right but a lot of players are afraid of their bottom line. Notice koons & supremacists aren't even talking about what kaep was protesting, they pivot the argument and say he's making it about him because he's disgruntled about not starting for the 49ers.

Define the irony, you have a republican candidate who appears on television daily saying America is horrible and he wants to make it great again and people flock to him. Kaep is saying the values and ideals aren't being fair to minorites and America isn't that great to the oppressed and those SAME people who praise trump want him lynched......#hypocrisy

Also we should all be thankful that ESPN fired ray lewis and cris carter because if we had to hear their take on this then it would be 10th power kooning, hell CC would probably breakdown and start crying because he would be so upset with kaepernick.

i sweater gawd i better never see a white sports writer ever give fake praise to ali, or jim brown, or jackie robinson, etc ever again.

just shut the fukk up and don't patronize me with your fake "applause" of their political views ever again.

and don't ever ask why athletes dont speak up on political issues anymore either

I just hope if nothing else, it opens a lot of peoples eyes on white folk in America. For the most part, they are not yall friends. Talkin bout "PAWGin" Those hoes don't even respect you. White folk do not respect the struggle. They don't even want to have a conversation about it.

If Cam Newton, Julio Jones, Todd Gurley, etc... threatened to sit out the owners wouldn't have so much power. We already know Cam tapdancing as we speak though.

It's amazing how these c00n ass Uncle Tom negroes were silent on Donald Sterling and Riley KKKooper calling them nigg*rs but they found a voice denounce and demonize Kaepernick for standing up.

This negroes will fight for integration before they fight for freedom. That house negro syndrome is real.

yep don't remember no one saying shyt about cooper.

Suh and Tannehil's take on Kaepernick

Suh's quote: You’ve gotta respect the man’s opinion, as well as his actions,” Suh said before Monday’s practice. “I definitely understand where he’s coming from in choosing to do what he did.

Tannehil's quotes: “I think it’s an individual choice. At the same time, I think it’s a duty of ours as leaders, especially with young kids, to make a good, proper announcement if we feel the need to, and I think that’s what he’s doing. I support him in that.”

"There is nothing you can do,” Tannehill said. “That’s a guy’s right to take a stance in how he sees fit. That’s his right as an American. Obviously, some people agree with it. Some people disagree with it. That’s just the way it is. But he felt like that was his best way on taking a stand on things that are going on in America at this time. I’m not saying it’s right or wrong, but he felt like taking a stand so that’s what he did.”
