damn. I'm not a fan of them but I understand. I'd prolly just add eth if its gonna stay on RH. if not just pull it out if possible. just gonna take longer to do anything with it being the weekend and RH prolly taking forever to withdraw money.

Yeah thats what I was thinking. It would probably be Monday before the funds are moved or maybe I'll just put in some cash from another account. But im just trying to get an idea of a possible direction.

About to check your post in the other thread

What would even be the grounds for a lawsuit against CMC?

didn’t Willie D get convicted of wire fraud? weren’t Saitama/Willie D putting out statements in regards to a partnership or that alluded at such? I think the breh @10bandz even posted the shyt

sounds like it would be pretty easy suit for CMC to fight. What they did may have been grimy and they may have done it under questionable motivations, that in itself don’t make the information false or baseless

:yeshrug:

should focus on securing major exchanges instead of frivolous lawsuits

Well they kind've made it seem like Willie D just got convincted of wire fraud recently, and it was related to Saitama. It was misleading as hell. Idk if thats grounds for a lawsuit though

I never left Saitama. Still believe in it wholeheartedly. I would just never sell AMC, because that’s as close to a sure thing as there is, unlike these crypto plays. I hope breh is joking.
hopefully he makes some decent gains and can get back into amc. amc not moving much lately tho but hopefully it does. its not like saitama been moving much either itself. I just looked and AMC has gone down exactly 1 penny on the month. :mjlol:

Definitely stable. This MOASS thing looking like its gonna take until the next decade. Let the metaverse fukk around and get a way for people to attend theatres on there and who knows what might happen. AMC needs to do something cuz the SEC and government looks like they not.

its not. they did not write any misleading date in terms of when it happened. the information is/was true. People interpreting it as “Willie D just got convicted” is not their damage.

If you have a criminal record, and I tell a person @10bandz has a criminal record, you cannot sue me because the person I said it to thinks you just got convicted recently. Fact of the matter is, you have a criminal record and I made no mention as to when you were convicted. Again, grimy, but not false/baseless.

Saitama and the people invested in Saitama just have to eat that :yeshrug:

the only point of contention is they asserted Willie D is/was a partner. However, statements alluding to such existed so they might be able to easily fight that too

A company responsible for reporting the financial status of trillions of dollars worth of coins intentionally manipulating the market is okay because the information was true? That's not how the law works especially when the "true" information was meant to mislead investors.

If anything it was highly unethical and could have the government up their ass.

Respectfully, I know the law better than 95% of the people on this board. Besides having multiple encounters with the law, I actually studied contract law, and though it’s not criminal law, there are overlaps. I don’t know if it’s emotions, and because you have your money in it, but what you are saying makes no sense.

CMC has a track record of putting up warning on projects. This has been verified by @papa surf in this thread. It’s their responsibility, if/when such information is available to them, to make it known to investors. In fact, it’s something actually commendable. This wasn’t a single nor isolated incident in which they specifically targeted Saitama. They have done this before for other projects. as such; you cannot attest nor assert to as to their intentions. And even if their intention was to sabotage Saitama, again, the information is true. You cannot sue for libel/slander nor defamation because someone reported publicly available information brehette. Newspapers wouldn’t exist if you could do that :pachaha:

Again, something being unethical or assumed to be such doesn’t inherently translate into not being legal. Saitama didn’t say they could/would “possibly” look at a lawsuit for no reason. There’s no substantial grounds for one, thus “frivolous lawsuit”.

Unethical in corporate world could be legal issues. Its why corporate jobs have entire HR departments. Thats not just for sexual harassment. Its for shyt like this. Its also why when you work at real corporate jobs you sign many documents and do weeks/months of boring ass training. Its majority on ethics that could get the company in trouble.

example: if you work at AT&T and an obese lady waddles up to you and you turn around and say “Damn :damn: you fat as fukk” is that illegal? No. But its unethical and you will lose your job and the company is now open to possible lawsuits from the waddler.
