Saints row 2 was amazing.

I don't know why the devs go with this soyboi vibe. They had a nice shot right now to capitalise from rockstar alienating their older fanbase.

There was a thread on here last year and around the web about a supposed leak in that this game was going to be a mix of SR2 and SR3. Even speculation from that tweet one of the Volition developers made with the graffiti was speculating it to be a mix of those two games. Personally, I miss the grit SR2 had and the continuing storyline of the 'Boss' taking over the Saints and Stilwater. That storyline still had unfinished business. I expected silliness because it is Saints Row, but it seems like they are going a whole different direction.

Disappointing, but I guess I should see more gameplay before I fully judge

It’s a reboot so I’m sure the story is very different.

For me it looks closer to the OG trilogy than that dumb shyt they went into with aliens and super heroes and shyt.

Just hope they don’t force too much co-op stuff.

Game looks like Kid Ink and Flo-Rida will be all over the soundtrack instead of Beanie Sigel and Apache.

Why does this shyt make SR3 look like a masterpiece in comparison?

It's not my intention. I wouldn't of used it if I knew it was going to get people's panties in a bunch and derail this thread on some "lets insult a user by calling him a cac" shyt.

This reboot going by the trailer doesn't look close to what was rumored and what I was hoping it to be.

To add a little clarity, the people that typically complain about SJW's are white people mad that white people aren't the leads in games/movies/comics anymore and complain about diversity and/or incels that hate women and spend all their time bashing feminism, so that's why nikkas on here associate that terminology that way.

I agree the characters look goofy as shyt tho. Bunch of Young Millennial/Gen Z looking ass people. I don't mind a mix of SR2 and SR3, but damn, if these are the lieutenants I gotta be checkin in with/on, then yuck. Imma wait to see what's wavy.
