Historically of all the movies I've seen I put approximately 85% of them as cash grabs. What about you? And despite that I love movies. Doing something for money doesn't automatically make it bad.

You don't seem to understand how this works at all. Blade Runner is costing them nothing. They latched on to it, low risk, high reward. Even at $65M+ domestic so far they aren't losing money. The production company might.

Distributing a movie costs money man. And I'm sure a movie studio wants to distribute profitable movies. Am I lying?

No, you aren't making sense. You are talking about distribution which is only domestic and not even a fraction of what the profits will be from a movie like IT. They stand to profit literally hundreds of millions of dollars and u in here talkin bout distribution
