Do u work out daily and have a 6 pack pack with toned legs and a clean system? Can u run a few miles?
Used to work out 5 times a week and do cardio. Now it's only 3 times a week and it's just as good. Less cardio. My diet is balanced, if I binge eat garbage I make up for it, but I usually eat as much "good things" as I do junk but I try to keep junk food as a reward or an occasion so I dont get tired of it. There is no point in having a "live to eat" mindset, it's disgusting and hedonistic. I used to eat garbage all the time and it fukked with my stomach, it's not worth feeling like shyt all the time just so my vices can be indulged.
I dont really cut or starve myself, but I end up losing weight in the summer because I'm in the sun moving around a lot.
My legs are pretty toned, had to throw out some pants awhile ago cuz they grew, trained them till I could squat 225 for reps, but stopped because I do a lot of running and lifting furniture with my side job.
My system is cleaner than the average American's but probably not as good as Europeans who have to walk everywhere and dont have fast food lined up on every street.
Long time ago I was a lazy person who procrastinated a lot, I kind of just fell into this routine by luck.
I dont think I'm better than anyone, this is all so I can stand a chance in this shytty world. I need to be at 100% as much as I can. What good is a six pack if you're not in any instances to take off your shirt (other than sex i guess). I'd rather get rid of it and gain weight for more strength, because it helps with my job and other practical things in my life
