There's been Crips and Bloods in DC, I remember spending time in Kenilworth and Deanwood going back 8-9 years and there was Bloods and Crips there, and you had hit ups on mailboxes by the Metro stations...
Landover had a whole bunch of Crips a decade ago...
This notion that Bloods and Crips are new in DC or never were there isnt true, just like it aint true for The Bay, just like it aint true for BR, just like it aint true for Philly, etc. Now, DC and some of these other cities weren't
defined by B and C culture, you didn't have The Culture in every block or hood, but The Culture been spinning in and around parts of DC for years...
Have no idea what its on now, its been 3 years since I been to DC but I'm telling you as a Blood from Sacramento I knew, saw, or was introduced to people in DC who were identifying themselves as Crips and Bloods years ago...

I can tell you from Sacramento to VA and NC, places I'm from and been around for years, I can personally remember when there were areas you would never see anyone identifying with that side and over years it transformed, largely (but not in all cases) due to industry influence...
He got the celebrity for cats to give him a pass but a regular dude in real life would have to be cold blooded to be appreciated from the side as one of us if he trying to click up that late in age. shyt is wack...
@getmoney310cpt he said Nellas taxing him lol...
