what a stupid fukking thread.

same nikkas that was singing along at full volume to 'you always rappin like you tryna get the slaves freed' are now assembling like Voltron to try and police a singular person's impact on an entire subculture of a state bigger and more populated than most countries on this planet.

y'all are some fukking weirdos. All this to try and discredit someone who... makes music?

get some fukking help. Maybe pay attention to your local community leaders and people actually attempting to make ground-level change for the way our culture is represented and handled by this absurd government we have, instead of trying to fukking activism police a RAPPER.

popping all this dumb shyt about 'why he ain't unite the pirus and the cuz?!? thought he had supernikkapowers!?!?!' did Gil Scott-Heron beat up police? Did Toni Morrison end colorism? How come Miles Davis ain't pop off and start the anti-establishment riot?! why weren't they on the front lines!!?!?!

because they're artists you fukking idiots.

Caring about social issues and drawing attention to them is perfectly valid even if you aren't the person tooling up and running up on cops over. Because... that's what art is, you slow bytches.

On the set; you nikkas need an intervention for this mindless bullshyt tribalism :snoop: nikkas deadass in a thread about actual gang members being more divisive with each other over music that nikkas who actually wear they rag and ride on people. How fukking sad for some of you.

How about go outside and something for your community instead of trying to police what some other nikka is doing. Doing the same shyt Aubrey did, thinking it exempts you from the same scrutiny. Shut up with this shyt.

This is more like when you vote for Obama expecting "change". But instead get the same status quo. Difference being Obama never presented himself as pro black, conscience or militant. And Kendrick was never facing the threat of being assasinated so was forced to play it safe.

I was going for Kendrick during the battle despite your little narrative. But we have yet to him go on a warpath on the ignorance in hiphop like we were promised. We got a safe ass Superbowl peformance in front of Donald Trump! From a hiphop artist, who just dissed the shyt out of a mulatto pop star for being a colonizer:snoop:

And instead of him flooding the airwaves with conscience music with a message. What weve gotten is Kendrick cosplaying as a poor mans Sada Baby without the energy or the bars tbh:mjlol:

Yeah... This sounds like some shyt you made up in your head. :mjlol:

Obviously you dont even understand what hiphop truly is to make such an ignorant statement. The. You obviously dont understand the impact hiphop has had on the black community to make such an oblivious reply. Talking about go outside and help. When hiphop has essentially brainwashed and g.m.o'd so many of our people. Hiphop is the number one sourc of what the black culture has become in this country. And you talking about "Bu bu but its just rap":gucci:

Then you finally get a conscience rapper to take the reigns for the first time since maybe Nas after he won the battle vs Jayz. And even Nas was a fraction of the popularity Kendrick is. Nas gracefully bowed out and had personal issues irrc. But Kendrick out here looking for the club/thug love instead of shifting the conscience and reinventing the culture.

Also to be clear,Nas wasnt considered conscience before his beef with Jayz. Nor did he get extra credit points for his pro black messaging and having that image. People want to give Kendrick aaalll the extra credit points with none of the critique or responsibility.

Also my goat shot 2 cops and cussed out a sea of gang bangers.:respect:

Kendrick couldve done this for reperations in California

Instead he was taking meetings with Chanell and Balenciaga. He fumbled as a conscience rapper. But pulled off the heist of the century as a capitalist cosplaying as a conscience rapper.

What rules he break? Trump was probably highly entertained by that performance. But nah lets instead believe he will soon have a siezure due to the subliminal messaging and pro black imagery Kendrick planted in his subconscious:mjlol:

No hiphop goat worth they salt in the HISTORY of hiphop wouldve fumbled and tucked tail in that moment like Kendrick did. Im sorry, not even Jayz himself wouldve just said nothing. For as much of a capitalist with no conscience as yall say Jayz is,he is HIPHOP.

overwhelmingly baseless bullshyt
homie. I'm from CA.
I jumped off the porch in 2007.
I've buried every person from my set but myself.
I know nikkas that was onstage dancing to TNLU 4-6.
I fought nikkas that was onstage dancing to TNLU 4-6.

Yet here you are; talking to me like I don't know California, Hip-Hop or Gang culture.

shut up.

Guess we can cancel this thread. Why yall didnt tell me they was on stage dancing together:wow:

Im from California too,Northern California. Always thought that shyt was goofy. So whos opinion is more valuable here? Instead of thinking dancing on stage and promoting it is so impactful. You should be condemning Kendrick for trying to help it maintain relevency and worst promoting it. But you would rather yell at me because you like the promotion. It makes you feel like your people died over something important and that you were apart of something meaningful. They didnt and you werent. Time to end that nonsense and anyone who wants to prolong it:respect:

I'm also in norcal.

be mindful how you speak on my dead folk over some bullshyt empty internet point you trying WAY too hard to make.

you think you're talking down to someone you have more knowledge than. You aren't. Not about what gangbanging means, meant or solves. Not about what hip-hop is intended to be as a form of social rebellion and commentary. And assuredly not about how someone actually about the cause moves.

No. You just want to try and talk to people like you're some arbiter of intellect and the right thing to do but all you're doing is showing your ass. You're assuming who and what I am based on basic information given and your own presumptions about what that entails. I used to bang; yeah. I've even been shot. Shot back. Never held a single illusion about the benevolence of throwing Cs in nikkas faces and daring them to do anything about it. But I also graduated high school at 16 and come from a family of Panthers out of the Oakland chapter who made sure I understood the permanence of action and the necessity of a cause to back and stand on.

You are trying too fukking hard here and you're feeling compelled to double-down by taking shots at people who aren't here to defend themselves because they died about something they believed in. Wrong or right - they were at least about something.

All you doing is running your mouth online about things and people you don't know shyt about.

I repeat: Shut. Up.

Your the one who decided to insert a sensitive topic such as your dead homies into this topic. Mind you it was completely irrelevant. I said Kendrick did a safe superbowl performance. And you bought up your history of gang banging and dead homies like thats supposed to make you some kindve big shot and expert on superbowl performances:gucci:

Now you want to bring up your Panther affilations. More useless information if thats not the current mindstate your operating under. Whats next, want to tell me about your Planet Fitness membership you never use? Like i said, you need to pick a side just like Kendrick. Your doing the same form of fence sitting.
