I have loved ones that I cherish and would give my life for and they believe in some outlandish bullshyt.

No matter how many times I try to help them see through the bullshyt, they maintain their faith in bullshyt.

Let's be honest. Christianity (as in the son of God came down in human form, was tortured and killed for our sins, and came back to life three days later) is bullshyt.

Plenty of good loving people believe in that bullshyt. Their belief in the bullshyt doesn't change their kind and selfless acts, just like their kind and loving acts don't change the fact that what they believe is bullshyt.

Didn't read this before posting in response to a post regarding religion and this will be my last post regarding religion in the thread.

But since the victim's mother is in a video talking about how she has the "love of God" and how it enables her to forgive her son's killer, don't you think a discussion of religion's effect on how black people respond to atrocities like this is relevant, especially in a discussion of this particular case?

It's like wherever I see a cop pulling someone over here, 9 times out of 10, they're black.

I'm actually surprised when they AREN"T pulling black people over.

Im at the point now where whenever i see a car pulled over by a cop i go out of my way to try to see the race of the person pulled over. and like u, im legit surprised when its NOT a black person.

u negroes dont find it odd to take to time to bash a person's religion while they are grieving.......
like if she was practicing Islam and said off with they heads it would be so much better...
