the guy who filmed the video is a witness who will surely be put on stand to testify about what he saw prior to recording, and that was some sort of altercation, the video starts when he ran but the defense attorneys will center on the events (scuffle) leading up to the flight from officer.

Yeah the officer was in a state of fight or flight, it all happened so fast, (tear drop).

I attended this forum last week at the Schomburg Center in Harlem. These are EXPERTS who've given their entire lives to the struggle, beyond that surface level Tariq and Umir bullshyt niqqas subscribe to. The lack of young black men in attendance bothered me. we are the ones mostly being struck down like dogs yet I mostly see black women and white college students at these events. I saw men in attendance old enough to be the grandchildren of slaves. What are you guys doing besides complaining about black women or the state of affairs in here?
