The cop who saw him plant the evidence and lied about it in their report was a black woman? Really? Doesnt matter 1 bit. Walter was NOT in possession of the tazer and was running away from the cop. Cop life was not in danger. The use of deadly force was far from justified.

Hate to say this, but in the FIRST few seconds, you can see the taser being pulled off the cops belt. It might be from the scuffle, but its hard to know if the guy was really reaching for it.
