I heard that the guy had taser leads hanging from behind him. You can't clearly tell if it had been deployed or notfrom the article in post #182:
A taser is not like a gun, It cannot be fired multiple times. It has to be reloaded after each deployment. At no point did the victim have control of the taser. he basically knocked it out of his hand... And even if he had gained control it was still inoperable.
