There's no evidence to suggest that the teaser was ever used against the officer if it was Scott would of been able to run away from the officer since the officer would be on the ground in pain. At what point are people going to stop using the cops words as if the video tape doesn't exist. There was no fight, no taser being taken the officer was trying to arrest Scott and thats when he pulled it out and Scott ran so the officer decide why not just shoot him. Not only that but even if Scott used the taser against him he still doesn't have a right to shoot Scott in the back as he's running away. I've said it from the beginning the cop is not gonna be found guilty by a white jury even with a video tape they refuse to acknowledge that the Scott was murdered.

National Bar Association wants second officer in Walter Scott shooting video fired, arrested



The National Bar Association, made up of predominantly African-American attorneys and judges, is calling for the immediate arrest and indictment of North Charleston police officer Clarence Habersham, the second officer shown in the Walter Scott shooting video.

According to a statement the organization released Friday, members are also demanding Habersham and any other North Charleston police officer who allegedly filed a false police report be terminated.

The organization claims Habersham “deliberately left material facts out of his report” after officer Michael Slager shot and killed Scott, and made false statements about the incident.

Thats all good, these cops that are walking away free with murder on they hands though, the doj riding right along with these so called grand juries. I mean just take the Tryvon case, you get harrassed walking home from buying candy and killed, if thats not a civil rights violation then shyt man we aint got no civil rights. You got a DA in Ferguson who admitted to letting a witness testify twice who gave false info as well as have the grand jury wrong jury instructions, and the doj finding was the same as the DA? Come on man.

because the culture in which they work does not allow for good cops
the doj's actions will influence the culture of the Ferguson police
Keep an eye on that DA, just because the doj tells you they agree with him in public does not mean they agree with him
they are part of the political machine and must play politics
