For Eric Garner, they saw the autopsy AND the video and still claimed they didn't use a chokehold. It won't matter.

I said it was murder. But by him running, he opened himself up to a good ole boy with a pistol. Victim isnt blameless, as unpopular as that will be to hear, its the truth.
Cop should be charged with 1st degree murder, and convicted.

Well, not exactly. The NYPD conceded that the officer used the chokehold but argued that it wasn't illegal (although the chokehold was a clear violation of police protocol). The officer got off because the court found that use of the chokehold wasn't egregious, given Eric Garner's size and the inherent risk of danger.
But I agree with your premise that the cacs will try to find a way to exclude the video.
whoever filmed it probably wants to remain anonymous, and that's probably his best option to be honest.
