there was a scuffle so the victim fighing for the taser gun is possibe, that is something we have to agree on even with the witness saying the cop had control... but with that being said doesnt the video show the officer with the taser gun and the victim hit withi it right?

so that tells u the taser gun has already been secured and the officers life is not in danger no more.

What they saw and decided to give him the murder charge is what he did after, hes clearly running and is a good distance away from the officer HE DECIDES TO SHOOT... he didnt have to shoot, cops pull out guns on people all the time and not shoot... he decided to shoot for no reason.

the case is getting attention, it's worldwide, there's nothing of value Al Sharpton's brand of attention can bring to this case except people focusing on his involvement.

Eric Garner's very own daughter said that Sharpton is all about the money.
