There is no evidence of him fighting the officer. BFact. We aren't defending a criminal. Fact. We are defending his right to live. Fact. Running and being wanted for child support are not reasons to taze or murder or harm someone at all. Fact. They had his ID and car. Fact. He panicked and ran. Which obviously with the climate in America isn't smart. Fact. But that isn't the issue. The issue is the use of deadly force on an unarmed non threatening man. Period. Demonizing him is for cowards. Period. It doesn't matter why he ran. We will never know. What matters is that police are killing non threatening people that are disproportionately black and it's not ending in justice. Fact.

I agree. They had his PLATES, PRINTS, all that. He did not have to shoot that dude so basically they just need to charge him with a crime that will STICK. I dunno if 1st degree will stick.
