This was I think less than a month after 9/11. Robinson was an idiot...he sucked too. Herm liked him. He started the whole Kyle Turley fiasco too.

the gun was NOT legal in New Jersey
which was where he was found with it. He may have had the papers and everything looked proper. and in fact he might have THOUGHT itwas all good. but in NJ that gun that he had was illegal
