Roddy White and Vick were on the same team for 2 years. One year White had 29 catches, the next 30. The following year (Vick in prison) White had 83 catches when Harrington and Redman were the starters.
White's first year with Ryan he had 88 catches. Now he may have dropped some balls but he numbers doubled with Ryan. Vick barely looked for his wide receivers. Atlanta's offense under Vick was throw it to Crumpler or run faster than everyone else. I also believe Roddy White received a nice contract after that year with Ryan. He would have not received that contract with Vick. So I just think the best person to ask would be White himself. Although, even with out these statistics, its pretty obvious, Ryan is better.
