Back to Back to Back winning seasons in the A.....our franchise is has turned for the better since the Ryan/Smith era that says a lot......even though I want the Super Bowl....it is good to know that our franchise is not a joke like Detroit or Cleveland

I'm thinking of Vick as a player in his first 5 years to Ryan's. Vick clearly is not playing at the level that Ryan is playing at late into his career. He may be 32, but dude is in his twilight years. Ryan is hitting his stride. But if I had a choice to draft either one fresh, I'd prefer to work with Vick.

You gotta remember that Vick was a horrible passer in the A.....he didnt even know what a touch pass was
....all he could do was throw bullets and run....Andy Reid molded him into a better passerMy problem with Vick was...it took going to prison for him to mature to have a better approach to the game

I don't know, I didn't follow him in Atlanta that closely...but if he didn't know how to touch pass...it might have been a sign of the coaching.But they are a completely different Org from 2001.
As an Eagles fan, I think his passing was just a sign of his age and maturity.
Raw talent wise though...I'd take him over Ryan in a heartbeat.

No one who makes an argues for Vick being being as good a Quarterback as Ryan should be taken seriously. I hate the Falcons and their wack ass Quarterback but it's not really debatable

The best persorn to ask would be Roddy White, His numbers and value exploded when Ryan became the starter. Check his stats with Vick against his with Ryan. Its night and day. Only receiver Vick was looking for was Crumpler. Vick could never have Ryan stats (outside running of course). Ryan will get his playoff wins next year and past Vick in the post season wins argument. People are so blinded by the fact he can run, don't really look at his actual quarterback skills.

Do you remember the number of drops Roddy White - he is a fellow UAB Blazer so I have nothing but love for the cat - had when Vick was there?
Not only doesfukkchoke boy Matt Ryan have:
-Top 10 WR Julio Jones
-Top 10 WR Roddy White
-Tony fukking Gonzalez
-a better defense
-better Head Coach
and still can't make it to the promise land?
they are better than Vick's Falcons. If only Vick had benefited from better coaching
