This should be shown in Wrestling 101 because damn this was insightful. Not to discredit AEW, but they really need somebody like Al Snow as a trainer because he fully understands the craft, and I feel this is what's missing in the product.

Right message, by maybe wrong messenger. After all, one of his signature moves was throwing his opponent a chair, them standing with the the chair in front of their face, and then him throwing a jumping spin kick at said chair.

To fair in his prime RVD's follow up kick was lighting fast so in reality the reaction time was about right. And also its hard to block someone throwing a chair at close range... if someone threw a chair at you while standing within 2 feet of you your first reaction would be to catch it. Of you try to duck its gonna still hit you
