No because they will now focus on the East so the rate of losses should be lower from now on. They attacked too many fronts with poor logistics, without air superiority and against a well-prepared Ukraine.
According to most experts, they might be pushing for a May 9th "victory" as it would coincide with Soviets victory over Nazi Germany. Probably will try to get control of the whole Donbass and establish a connexion to Kherson and get some symbolic W.
As for now, it seems they are even stalled on this new Eastern phase and it is reported that they are sending 60k reservists which is an indocation that their losses is actually in the upper band of estimates.
