I have my doubts that this is accurate at all, Ukraine willingly gave up their nuclear weapons in 94, they don’t even have medium range missiles let alone the capability of producing nuclear weapons. This is all about Putin wanting to control all Russian speaking countries and their media. He doesn’t want a free and Democratic state that speaks Russian. If it can happen there he fears it can happen in Russia. The protests in belarus in 2020 scared him. Honestly sounds like Russian propaganda.
