Love how our media continues to at best keep gaslighting or at worst deliberately lie to us. They keep trying to push this narrative that the new front in Kharkiv was the Russians trying to take the city of Kharkiv when it was nothing but a distraction to pull UAF reserves and create a buffer zone.

You orcs claimed that. Nobody in the U.S. state department or Ukrainian military believes you have the manpower, logistical or technological expertise to launch large scale military operations anymore. The fact that you wasted thousands of lives and had an entire brigade surrounded and destroyed to create a “buffer zone” in of itself is baffling. Ukraine has proven it can reach well within the borders of Russia with its attacks on Russian energy infrastructure and the only reason there hasn’t been more attacks is US tying their hands.

While Hylboke has been turned into another Robotyne and Vovchansk has become a mini Bakhmut, other sectors like Toresk and Orcheretyne are unraveling for the UAF. The Russians are only a few km’s away from highway T0504 which will cut the supply line between Pokrovsk and Kostyantynivka. Chasiv Yar’s eastern micro district is under Russian control now. It’s not if but a matter of when the city falls to the Russians. More importantly, how did Ukraine allow Russia to build a tunnel and breakthrough into the city’s of Toresk and Niu-York? Take a look at the maps from Deepstate or Suriyak and you can clearly see a large cauldron forming in this area. The side show in Kharkiv is playing right into their hands.

The fact we are nearing year 3 of the war and you’re still trying to sell anyone on capturing a few villages at the cost of tens of thousands of lives a month is truly heroic levels of cope on your part.

Truly feel sorry for every innocent Ukrainian caught up in this nonsense. Neither side has the moral superiority but Zelensky and the Ukrainian government continue to get multiple generations of their people killed or wounded for the bidding of our government and white Western Europeans. Truly amazing to witness a country’s oligarchs & political elite commit to this sunk cost fallacy when their viability to exist as a state continues to erode.

Typically there are small outlaying villages/towns before you get to more larger densely populated cities. Not sure why it's surprising they are taking those villages or fortified areas before they get to the larger urban areas. We all were perplexed when in Feb 22 the Russians did their thunder run and weren't securing their flanks or rear areas and kept getting ambushed by the Ukrainians. Now that they are moving slower and taking outlaying villages that are fortified, they are criticized for moving too slow and wasting lives.

70,000 casualties in two months is quite impressive. That's a COD level kill ratio right there. To effectively destroy an entire army corp in such a short amount of time will have Nap level red sirens breaking news changes on the frontlines. Why would the Ukrainians just sit there and watch the body's pill up instead of just taking their land back? Seems counter productive to their strategy of no peace until they have their original 1991 borders back.

This is a deceitful way of spinning the deteriorating situation for Ukraine. Western intelligence has estimated that Russia has about 50,000 soldiers committed to this new front. That is not enough to make a deep push into the oblast let alone take the city of Kharkiv. David Axe knows just like the Ukrainian command knows this new front is to extend the line of contact from Belgorod, further stretch Ukrainian reserves and at some point advance to the Kupyansk sector. It's been publicized for several months now that they were going to attack Kharkiv. Ukraine had over a year and a half to prepare defenses and have units in the ready but yet they still had to rush reserves to the area. Reserves that came from other active sectors all along the frontline.

There's active fighting on the outskirts of Liptsy and the northern part of Volchansk is practically under Russian control now. It's only a matter of when they cross the Vovcha River not if. What wall have they run into? When the Russians tried to attack Vuhledar and got destroyed by those mine fields and artillery, that was a halted advance. Or when Ukraine launched their summer 23' counter offensive to cut the land bridge and got put into a kill box in Robotyne. The advance in Kharkiv has slowed in comparison to the first few days but has not been halted.

Russia has been mucking about on the outskirts of this border town for 3 months, yet now you are insinuating it’s a prelude to a grander push on a major metropolis lol.
