you'd need an overpressure based weapon to do this and the two kinds we sent are HEAT and shrapnel-based (for lack of a better term, i'm drunk lol)

even if you dropped one with overpressure-based bomblets and it magically cleared everything in the area, the high dud rate would mean you're replacing a field of landmines with a field of uxo, you really need something like this
